Easter Basket Ideas

When our kids were little, I loved filling their Easter baskets with books, games, and summer items they would need like swim gear and outdoor toys. Over the next several days, I’ll be sharing a few books that you might want to tuck into your child’s Easter basket. Click HERE to them.

Fiction/Interactive Board Book

Babies and toddlers love to be read to with books that have interactive features. In Where’s the Bunny?, children will lift a felt piece shaped like a circle, tulip, egg, bush, and tree to find the missing animal.

Each page spread also offers other items to point out and share with your child like a fox or a ball, a bee or a ladybug, or you can also point out the colors of the felt pieces. Since the flaps are fabric they are easier for a baby or toddler to grab and much more durable to hold up to many lifts and pulls.

The very end of the book has all the animals looking for someone special and when you lift the tree, a mirror is waiting for the child to see who they are looking for.

This book has all the things little ones love in a book, flaps to lift, bright colors, cute cartoon animals, and a surprise mirror at the end.
