I thought it would be fun to share some new-to-me items that I’m really loving right now as well as some tried-and-true favorites. Some are life-changing and others are more simple items that bring me joy or make my life easier. I hope you find something you love or have been wanting to try in this list.

I have had a different brand of steamer for many years and I always hated. It leaked and I was burned by it several times due to the water dripping on a bare foot or my hand. Yet, I kept using it and hating it. This steamer had popped into my feeds a few times and since it had great reviews I decided to give it a try. I love it because it doesn’t leak, you can run it over your clothes like an iron or just wave it over the clothes if they are hanging. It has two steam levels based on your fabric or level of wrinkles. Why do we use things we hate for so long??? My only caveat is that this is billed as a travel steamer but it isn’t small or compact in any way. Yes, you could travel with it, but it is the size of a large hair dryer which doesn’t fit my travel requirements. But, it is an excellent steamer!

I was looking for a spring dress and saw this one on Amazon and decided to try it. I LOVE it. The fabric is wonderful, the fit is perfect, and it is pretty. I’ve already worn it twice and have gotten compliments every time I wear it. There are other patterns as well.

I love popcorn. I have frequently airpopped popcorn, but sometimes I need popcorn faster or to go. This is my favorite brand of popcorn and I’ve even made it an Subscribe and Save which on my last order was $7.53 for 3 bags! That is $1 cheaper per bag than at the store and it arrives at my front door. I have tried the other flavors but this is my favorite for taste and has the fewest ingredients.

While I was in Florida in March, the AirBnB I stayed at had these Carote pans. Our son and daughter-in-law have these pans as well, so I was already curious about them. After using them for a month, I was sold. This set from Target has everything we need for sizes and shapes and I love that since the handle is removable, they stack so nicely in my cupboard. They clean up really well and heat up quickly. We got this color but they also come in other colors.

Raspberries are my favorite fruit and I have decided to have them on hand at all times. I love just grabbing a handful and eating them. I add them to my Greek Yogurt for breakfast or lunch. I add frozen ones to my smoothies or even to my Raspberry Lime Spindrift to make it fancy. There is nothing like a fresh-picked raspberry though and so you know I’m excited for the upcoming raspberry season!

In the summer, I like cold coffee. When I don’t have cold brew made ahead and need something fast, I turn to instant coffee. My husband likes instant coffee but I never really did. Until… I tried the TikTok trend of iced coffees using Nescafe Gold. The Nescafe Gold has much finer granules that other instant coffees which I think helps with the blending process. I’ve watched a few of the TikTok videos and made my own recipe. Note there are flavored Nescafe options as well such as vanilla or caramel.
My Recipe: 1 TBSP of Nescafe Gold Espresso with 4 ounces of hot water. If I want a flavor I’ll add a pump of vanilla or caramel syrup. Then I use my frother and mix it up really well. Then I add ice to the top of my glass and fill to the top with half and half and stir with my straw. Simple, fast, and delicious.

I’ve been trying to eat more protein such as cottage cheese or Greek Yogurt. But, sometimes I need something more portable. I really love these Perfect Bars. They taste like cookie dough. The mini bars have around 6 grams of protein and the regular size bars have around 15 grams. Since the sugar content is high, these are an everyday grab but just when I need something on the go or to keep in my purse. They are to be kept in the fridge but can be eaten for up to 7 days left a room temperature.

Again, I’m trying to eat more protein but lately, I haven’t even had time to grill chicken ahead. I found these grilled chicken strips that are natural and lightly seasoned so they work great for salads or with pasta or in tortillas. They are super convient as they are already cooked and just need to be warmed up in a skillet or are great eaten cold. When you need protein with convience, these have 22 grams per serving and can be ready in minutes. This particular brand is at Target and I like it for the minimal ingredients.

I shared this REEL about my peonies and they are making me so happy right now. We finally have two peonies in our new landscaping and everytime I see them blooming, I am filled with joy and of course, I love the smell of them too. If they do well this year in that spot, I’ll definitely be adding more!

Pat and I never watched Modern Family when it was on regular tv because at the time we had young kids and our tv time was limited or chosen by the kids. We are midway through Season 4 and really loving it. It’s available on Hulu and without commercials, each episode is around 20 minutes which makes it easy to watch 3-4 episodes in an evening. Every episode always makes us laugh.

I hope this post helps you think about the things you are loving right now or what is bringing you joy. Making a list or naming what brings you joy helps you destress and realize the big and little things in life that make our days better. If you find something in this list to try or want to share what’s bringing you joy right now, please let me know in the comments!
