I used to be that person who would run to (insert famous coffee shop) for their famous Pumpkin Spice Latte as soon as it was back on the menu. But something has changed, and I just can’t drink those kinds of sugar-filled coffees anymore. Yet, I still love sipping those pumpkin spice flavors in the fall. Adagio Teas offers me the best alternative for a calorie-free pumpkin spice experience.

Pumpkin Spice (Black Tea) is a caffeinated option for your morning cup of joy. Make it more like a latte by adding frothed half & half or milk. With this tea, you’ll get all of the flavor with none of the syrup and sugars. This bold blend features real cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and natural pumpkin spice flavor—perfect as-is or as a smooth, spiced tea latte.

Honeybush Pumpkin Chai (Caffeine-Free) is great for those who prefer a caffeine-free cup of joy. This naturally sweet, herbal tea is made with South African honeybush, warming masala chai spices, and a gentle hint of pumpkin. It’s ideal for cozy evenings or a warm cup for your afternoon break.

I love starting these cooler fall mornings with something warm to drink and ending my day with something comforting. I often turn to my collection of loose-leaf Adagio Teas. Their fresh teas come directly from the farmer, with their Artisan Black Teas coming from farmers in China, India, and Sri Lanka. Their Artisan Herbal Teas are sourced directly from South Africa, Egypt, and Guatemala.

This fall, I’ve been loving their Pumpkin Spice Tea in the morning. This caffeinated black tea has notes of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, natural pumpkin spice flavor, cardamom, and marigold flowers. This afternoon,  I’m enjoying their Honeybush Pumpkin Chai caffeine-free tea with cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cocoa nibs, natural pumpkin spice flavor, and safflower as a relaxing treat after checking off the last item on my to-do list.

These teas are the loose-leaf variety, so getting the right temperature and steeping time helps to make sure your teas aren’t too bitter or lack flavor. Typically, the rule of thumb is one teaspoon of leaves per cup of water. Steeping at 212 degrees for 7-12 minutes for the Honeybush Pumpkin Chai and 3 minutes for the Pumpkin Spice tea gets you the perfect cup of warm tea to start your day. Each package of Adagio Teas explains the amount of tea to use, the water temperature, and the steeping time. Add in a bit of milk after steeping if you like a creamier tea.
