I finished Week 1 of the Living and Active challenge with Peak 313. I have been pretty sore this weekend after doing some different exercises and getting out of the “treadmill box”. I’m looking forward to pushing myself forward another week. This quote really sums up my thoughts from the week….
It’s important to remember that each footstrike carries you forward, not backward. And every time you put on your running shoes you are different in some way than you were the day before.
