November is the time to count our many blessings – name them one by one.
I want to look at each day and name at least one blessing from that day. Something that happened or affected me on that day and not just in general. It can be so easy to igore those little blessings in our day, but sometimes it is the little blessings that can make the biggest impact.
November 10 – Blessed with Great Kids and a Great School
Tonight were our Parent/Teacher Conferences and I came home a very proud Mom! (Pat wasn’t able to attend since he and the boys had basketball practice) I was pleased to hear that all three of the kids are doing well academically, but most importantly they are kind and considerate in the classroom as well. We are so lucky to live in a district with so many wonderful teachers, staff and administrators. Twice a year it is nice to hear that we must be doing something right as parents! Thanks teachers for all your hard work, extra hours, extra dollars spent, and extra love given to our kids! You are truly appreciated!
