Week 2 Complete

Last week was a hectic week with subbing and after school/evening activities so I am glad I got a head start to the week with getting my workouts in.

I was super pumped because the week before I had attempted to do a "pyramid workout" consisting of a succession of 25-20-15-10-5 reps of squats, push-ups, crunches, and lunges.  Last week I only made it to the 15 section, but this week I completed the whole thing.  I wanted to quit, but once I got to the 10s, I knew I could do it and kept pushing myself.  My legs were like jello afterwards, but the feeling of accomplishment was worth it.
