Ephesians 4:32

I wanted to share this Bible verse with you today.

Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.  Ephesians 4:32 NIV

Forgiveness is talked about many times in the Bible.  Because Christ forgave us, we must pass that forgiveness on to others.  Forgiveness is one of the toughest things I have had to overcome in my life.  But, the weight that has been lifted off of my shoulders once I release that pain and anger is so gratifying.  Thank goodness God is willing to forgive me day after day.  I still struggle with forgiveness, but God is still working on me yet, and these verses remind me of the importance of forgiveness in my life and in the lives of others.
